Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it for my child, but he didn't use it, so I used it up myself. /(^o^)\ I had a preconceived notion that it would be sticky and hard to spread, but it was easy to use and I liked it. First of all, the bear bottle is cute! It's a pump type, so it's easy to use! It's a little difficult to get it out when it's almost gone, but it's quick to use and easy to pick up. It's a white gel cream that spreads well, and it's quite moisturizing after application. My child thought it was "sticky" and didn't use it, so I wish it was a little lighter and smoother to use. I'm glad that it can be washed off with soap and that the ingredients are gentle enough for children.
