Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because I have severe acne around my face line. It has great coverage! It may depend on the shade, but the "1277" that I bought after being recommended it at the counter has a moderate orange tint that helps hide red acne. However, it only lasts as long as a regular concealer. If I wear a mask, it will come off quite a bit by the afternoon. Personally, I think it's best to first cover the acne with a Nars concealer, then layer another concealer that lasts longer on top.
I use it to hide dark circles under my eyes and birthmarks. I love how it blends beautifully with my skin when I apply it thinly with a concealer brush!

I discovered this when I was struggling with the redness of acne scars around my mouth, to the point that I wanted to cry every time I looked in the mirror. This concealer has an amazing level of coverage, and is especially effective on uneven acne scars. The texture is soft and spreads easily, but it doesn't come off easily even after a long time. When I use it after moisturizing thoroughly, I don't have to worry about dryness, and I can walk outside with confidence. It's a product I can rely on even when I'm really worried.
