Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It's not sticky, absorbs quickly, and somehow makes my hands look plumper. I think it plumps up the skin, making it smoother and more supple. The scent isn't too strong, which is nice. I bought it for myself, but it also makes a great gift, as the effects are immediate and it has a luxurious feel.
First of all, it has a nice scent, and is light and smooth, so if you don't like the stickiness of hand creams, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. On the other hand, it might not be quite enough for those who want a bit more moisturizing power. That said, it's not completely dehydrated, so I try to apply it frequently.
