Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It spreads well and blends easily into the skin. It's a push type, so it's easy to use. It's specially designed for pores, so it softens and moisturizes, which is great. I'm glad I can take care of my pores with skin care products, as they become more noticeable due to clogged pores and dryness. I feel like my skin from my nose to my cheeks has become softer, so I feel like the moisturizer is helping to keep my skin hydrated.
I purchased and am using the set that includes lotion, serum, and emulsion. I've only been using it for a few days, but my skin feels moisturized. I feel like my forehead area has become firmer. I'd like to continue using it.
