How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've tried a lot of different curlers, but I've settled on this one. Maybe it's because it suits the shape of my eyes, or maybe my hand has just gotten used to it... The main unit is expensive, so it's a shame there aren't any replacement rubbers...
It looks stylish and just lifts your spirits! This is my first time using a grip-type eyelash curler, so I wasn't used to it, but after lifting it 2-3 times, I was able to achieve upward-curling eyelashes.
I've wanted this for a while, but after reading the reviews, I hesitated to buy it. I finally decided I wanted it, and when I did, it was perfect for me! It fits snugly around the base of my eyelashes, and I can curl them without using any force. Whether it suits me or not depends on the shape of my eyes. It seems to suit round eyes. I wish I had bought it sooner. I also wish there were replacement rubber bands.
