Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was amazed at how well it penetrated and firmed my skin, so I immediately bought another. If you have large wrinkles, it's definitely worth trying. It's so effective that it turns large wrinkles into small ones. The only drawback is the price.
Adding it to water and using it together has no effect and will not cause any problems.
I just bought my second bottle. For me, it seems to be more effective on acne (pimples?) than on pores and fine lines. I previously used a face pack with the same ingredients and it worked well, so I thought this might suit my skin and started using it. Around the same time, I started using Orbis' acne lotion, so I wasn't sure which one was more effective. When I ran out and stopped using it, pimples started appearing again, so I guess this one is more effective after all. Over the past few years, I've been prone to red breakouts due to hormonal imbalances and allergies, so I'm going to continue using this. However, the scent reminds me of ginkgo, which isn't very soothing. Also, the price is a bit steep for this amount.
As I collected Tune Maker's small brown bottles, I felt excited, like I was in a little laboratory, so I bought this one too. The smell bothered me a little when I first opened it, but I got used to it quickly, so it's fine for me. I don't use a dropper, I just tap the liquid onto my palm and use it undiluted. I haven't seen any results yet, but I plan to keep using it!
I tried the much talked about EGF. After washing my face, I applied a few drops and let it soak into my skin. It didn't really seem to work at first, but now that I've finished using one bottle, my skin feels a little smoother and plumper. I've heard that it's best to use it for a long time, so I'll definitely be buying it again. Next time, I'll mix it with my lotion. One bottle didn't last a month...
