Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because I hadn't seen any results from other products. I use it under my eyes. A small amount is enough, so it's good value for money.

If it works whether I drink it or apply it, it's a versatile product.
I bought this product to prevent rough skin and moisturize it. I've only just started using it, but it's not bad. Postscript: I started to worry about long-term rough skin, so I started using this Job's Tears extract more consciously and it has improved significantly. I've also taken other measures, such as washing my face more carefully and moisturizing, so it's not just the extract that's working, but I'm still satisfied. I'll buy it again once I've used it up.
I apply this after applying lotion and it's enough to moisturize my skin and keep it in good condition. It's somewhere between an oil and a liquid, and it's not too sticky, so it's very comfortable. I felt like I was using about six drops at first, which was a bit too much, so I found that three or four drops was enough. I think it depends on the type of lotion you use before, but I use a refreshing type. This is good for summer.
