Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I bought this after a friend recommended it to me. I have combination skin, but it's not too sticky and is easy to use. I've only just started using it, but I feel like the dryness around my mouth has improved.
Hyaluronic acid is important for the skin, so I apply the amount I want to my skin directly or mix it with my lotion or emulsion. I've only used it a few times so I'm not sure yet, but I feel like my skin feels a little firmer after using it, so I'd like to continue using it for a while.
It leaves my skin feeling very supple, and even a small amount goes a long way in moisturizing my skin. It's a product that I think will be a necessity this fall and winter. Because it's so viscous, you'll need a dropper (sold separately)!
It has a smooth texture and does not interfere with the makeup you apply afterwards, making it easy to use.
It has a very thick texture, but spreads easily! Adding it to your current skincare routine will dramatically increase the moisturizing effect! It's a must-have item for the dry season!
