Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I hate the sudden increase in small pimples that occur before my period, so I thought if it would help even a little, I'd buy this product since the reviews were good. I usually use Tunemakers lotion, but this is my first time using this soothing lotion, so I'll be happy if it helps with my regular acne! Postscript: Sometimes small pimples pop up in clusters, and I was wondering if there was anything I could do about it, but after applying a generous amount of this to my skin and sleeping soundly, the redness was gone by the next day. I was so impressed that it suppressed most of the small pimples in one hit.
It can be used stably without becoming rough. The glass bottle is light-blocking, so it seems to retain its ingredients well.
It's a watery lotion. It's a slightly yellow color. I wonder if it's the color of the ingredients? I think it's a lotion that has immediate effects, and you'll notice a change the day after use. Also, the lid is small and a little difficult to turn. I'll write again if it's good to continue using it. My thoughts after using it for a while: I actually like it. I found it soothing to use as a cotton pack. I sometimes get itchy, so I tried applying this lotion to a cotton pad and using it as a pack. It didn't irritate me at all and the itching subsided, so I decided to use it up in this way. However, it has no moisturizing power at all, so it might not be best to expect it to be moisturizing.
