Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
The cost performance is good, but the instructions are difficult for me to use. It would be easier to just scoop it out of the bottle and spread it all over my body. I used a small amount because it says a little goes a long way, but I'll try using a little more and try again.
I mix it with Ihada's milk facial cleanser and use it about once or twice a week. By using a steamed towel, then mixing the konjac scrub and washing my face, followed by a face mask, my skin feels much better, with no dullness or roughness. It's convenient because it's in granular form, so I can adjust the amount myself. It expands when it absorbs water, so maybe a little less? A moderate amount is enough!
I've been using it for a few days, and so far it's been okay. I'd like to use it a little longer and see how it goes.
It doesn't seem to suit my skin very well, and it caused redness and bumps on my cheeks. However, I don't want to waste it, so now I only use a small amount on my T-zone.
I bought this because I wanted a scrub. This size allows me to try it out. If I need more, I can buy more, so it's a great size. It's a very easy-to-use scrub, and I think it's suitable for beginners.
