Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has excellent moisturizing power, but is not sticky and penetrates into the skin smoothly, leaving it one tone brighter. Since it's an all-in-one product, you can use it on its own, but I also add lotion and serum depending on my skin condition.
I bought the mini size at the store. I'm so sensitive that Minon makes me itchy, so this one also irritated my skin. I think it's good for people with sensitive skin.
I used to love the [Man] before it was renewed, but it was discontinued. I asked a Kao staff member if there was anything that could replace [Man], and they told me, "Sumi," so I bought it and used it. It had a matte finish, a different texture, and was a completely different type of serum from [Man]. However, [Ming] has a lighter texture than [Man], but the finish is heavy, which I think is similar, so if I were to continue using it, I would choose [Ming] over [Sumi]. However, sometimes I would get flaky skin when I applied sunscreen on top.

I used it all!!! I was glad to see that my skin became moisturized, toned, and beautiful when I used it morning and night. However, I'm a little concerned about the cost-effectiveness, so I'm not sure if I'd buy it again... I used it all in just under two months, so maybe a smaller amount would have been better (;;)
