Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The deciding factor for me to buy this was that it is gentle enough for children to use. I have used many foaming soaps up until now, but this is the safest one. It also leaves my skin feeling moisturized, which is quite good.
I bought this because the bottle is cute and I wanted to use it for my child. It produces a fluffy lather, and my daughter and I have fun using it. Some people say that the lather doesn't rinse off easily, but I haven't had any issues with that. I plan to buy a refill when it runs out.
I use this for my children. I haven't had any skin problems, but I feel safe using it because it's additive-free. It doesn't get very good reviews, but it's neither good nor bad, and it doesn't dry out my skin, so I've been using it for a while now. The foam is a little soft, and it's fragrance-free, so my children don't mind using it.
I usually use bar soap, but I was looking for a foaming body soap and found this product. I like the simple color that matches any bathroom and the cute, unique bottle design. It's fragrance-free, so I'm happy I can use it in spaces like the bathroom without worrying about fragrances. The foam rinses off easily, but it leaves a slimy feeling on the skin, so I tend to take longer showers. I found it a little difficult to determine how long to rinse it off. So, just to be safe, I use body cream to moisturize after bathing. I'm curious to see how my skin will feel after using it during the dry season, but since refills are available, I'll keep using it for a while.
