Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

"So this is what it means to penetrate into the skin!" was my impression on the first day I used it. All the lotions I've used up until now have left a sticky feeling on the skin, but this one doesn't. I took a little bit in my palm and rubbed it into my skin, and each time it was absorbed smoothly into my skin. The amount in one bottle seemed like a lot, but my skin felt smooth even after I'd finished applying it all.
I use other skincare products as well, so I can't say for sure, but it definitely helped with the redness on my cheeks! I noticed results within two or three days of starting to use this! It's also more oily-skinned, but I had no issues. It's been a while since I've seen results this quickly, since I got a prescription acne ointment from a dermatologist, so I'm a little skeptical, but two or three days before I noticed the redness subsiding, I started using this and Kiehl's whitening serum. As an amateur, I don't see any white pigments on the Kiehl's ingredients list, and other than the redness on my cheeks, I didn't notice any noticeable changes to my skin tone or whitening, so I don't think that's the case. On the other hand, I did see a review that said this product helped with rosacea, so I think that's what helped! It looks interesting, and the individual packaging makes it easy to use, and (although it does create more waste...) I also like the fact that each bottle is counted, making it easy to see how much is left! I'll probably buy it again.
The liquid feels light and is absorbed easily, which is very pleasant to use. It doesn't irritate my skin and leaves it feeling great. I think the ingredients are good, but since it's a one-time use product, I inevitably have to use 2ml to get the full moisturizing effect, which I think is what's really contributing to its effectiveness. I'll keep using it for a while.
It seems to have a very simple formula, so I was wondering how it would feel to use, but I found it very moisturizing! It can be used individually, so it's hygienic, and best of all, I'm happy that I can use it when traveling.
I had been looking for a gentle lotion because my skin had become rough. This single-use product is hygienic and easy to carry when traveling!
