Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's very easy to apply, the color is natural, and it stays beautiful even after a long time.
This is a product I already use. It's easy to write with and doesn't smudge, so it's easy to use. I wish it was a little cheaper.
I love this one because it doesn't contain carbon black and is less likely to cause pigmentation. I've been using Natural Brown lately, and although it does bleed a little more than Natural Black, it's not too harsh, so I like the color. It's also easy to apply with a brush.
It's very good. I have sensitive skin so I gave up on liquids, but this is fine. I wish it was a little cheaper.
What's great about it is how easy it is to cleanse. The corners of the eyes are the area where makeup is least likely to come off properly. I love this because it's easy to cleanse yet doesn't come off. I use it for everyday use when I don't want to cleanse too thoroughly. However, although the color is quite dark at first, it faded quickly.
