What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I usually use the foundation I was counseled on, but for the first time I tried buying it online. I usually use an Ochre C foundation color, so I used Cezanne's "Ochre." I thought it might be a little too dark when I first applied it, but it gradually blended in and I didn't feel any discomfort. I wore a mask from morning until evening and wore makeup until night, but it didn't crease or dry out, and it looked pretty good. I'll use it a few more times and if there are no problems, I'll buy it again.

I have combination skin, so I apply the primer to different areas, but if I don't moisturize properly with a mask before applying makeup, the dry areas tend to get a hard time blending in. It doesn't have much coverage, so concealer is essential for redness and dark circles. However, it doesn't seem to go well with liquid concealer, so it tends to float, so I recommend applying a concealer with a firmer texture before applying foundation. I'm considering buying more refills as I'm running low on it. It's also inexpensive, so it's a great way to try out powder foundation.
