Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was excited by the cute packaging, so I bought it to try out. It's a foam-type cleanser that leaves your face feeling refreshed after washing and thoroughly removes makeup, but it doesn't make your skin feel tight, which I like. I'll buy it again when I run out!

I use it to remove light makeup and on skin after sweating in the summer. I remove mascara and eyeliner with a point remover first, but since there is no need for a second face wash, I can remove my makeup in less time. My skin doesn't feel tight after washing, and it feels clean.
It doesn't leave your skin feeling tight after washing, so it's perfect for the coming dry season. It's great for lazy people because it can be used even when your hands are wet. It doesn't have a sweet honey scent, but rather a gentle floral scent, which I found comforting.
It combines cleansing and face washing, and it was my first time using a foam type product, but the results were great! It doesn't dry out my skin after washing, and even with a short wash time, it leaves my skin feeling refreshed, so it saves time in the morning.
