Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using the moisturizing version until now, but as the weather is getting warmer, I decided to try the refreshing version. The moisturizing effect remains the same, so I thought it might be a good idea to use different versions depending on the season.
I turned 40, and I decided it was time to start taking better care of my skin from aging, so I bought this. I don't like thick lotions, so I chose the lightest one, and it really moisturized my skin. (I think the official website says that all three types have different textures, but the moisturizing power is the same.) If I notice any positive changes when I finish using it, I'll buy a refill.
I usually use Elixir Superieur 1. My mother uses Advanced, and I use it when I visit my parents' house. I've used up a whole bottle myself, but honestly, I can't tell the difference in effectiveness between it and Superieur. I used this in the winter, thinking it would provide more moisture, but it felt refreshing. I didn't feel like this was better for winter. Looking at the product description again, it only says firming, moisture, and glossy balls. Superieur also provides firming, moisture, and glossy balls. The only difference is the price and scent, and I don't really care which one I use. I wonder if there's a difference if I use them over a long period of time? I prefer Superieur, which has a more refreshing scent.
