I think this is a surprisingly good product. est has a strong image as a skincare brand, so I was a bit skeptical about their makeup products, but this one is actually quite good. I generally think that mascara is excellent even at drugstores, not department stores, but this one is the best compared to the ones I've tried at department stores, including Helena, Lancôme, Addiction, Elegance, and Lunasol. I often buy limited edition Lunasol products along with eyeshadow, but if I were to buy Lunasol, this one would definitely be my go-to. First of all, it needs to be removable with warm water, but the application is elegant. It doesn't have the overly heavy feel of drugstore mascaras, and I think it's a classic mascara suitable for a wide range of ages. However, even reasonably priced mascaras tend to dry out over time, so I think they have a short lifespan. So, when it comes to value for money, I find it easier to use something around 2,000 yen at most.

I really like the way it feels when applied. It makes my natural eyelashes look long and beautiful. It also comes off easily with warm water. It does drip a little on the lower eyelid, but I'd like to use it in a more creative way. If a waterproof version comes out, I'll definitely buy it!

This is a product from est's 2023 Holiday Collection. I was looking forward to it because it was the only point makeup item included. The brush is slender and curved from the middle to the tip. It's easy to apply, separates lashes beautifully, and curls them softly without the need for an eyelash curler. The amount of liquid is just right, so it's easy to use, and it's easy to apply to the lower lashes and doesn't smudge. It can be removed with just cleansing, so there's no need for mascara remover, so I don't think there are any particular drawbacks. I usually throw away affordable mascaras after about three months, so this price is a bit... I wouldn't repurchase, but I'm glad I was able to use it.
