How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's incredibly easy to apply, and even the flaking lines are beautifully drawn. It's great that it doesn't crease even on middle-aged eyelids. It doesn't smudge during the day. Even browns make your eyes stand out. (A reddish shade would be even better!) However, the residue that remains after cleansing is stressful. Trying desperately to remove it ends up putting strain on your eyes. It doesn't matter if it can't be removed with hot water, I'd like to see it renewed.
I've used a lot of eyeliners, but this one came off the cleanest and lasted the longest. When I yawn, tears come out, so any eyeliner comes off quickly and I end up looking like a panda, but this one lasted a lot longer! It doesn't smudge, and comes off in flakes. If you blink until it's completely dry, it may get in weird places, but as long as you're careful, I think it'll be fine. I plan to buy it again.
