Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The foam is soft and fluffy, with a subtle rice-like scent. The foam rinses off easily, and the skin feels moisturized and refreshed after washing. It's easy to use and removes natural makeup.
It's an excellent face wash for a budget price, but it's still a department store face wash. If you're young and don't have any skin problems, it's enough. I'll consider buying it again.
It leaves you feeling very refreshed after rinsing, so it's perfect for summer. Also, it doesn't have any unwanted scent, which is great.
The texture is very loose, so I end up using too much. Even more than that, I didn't really like the smell! But it washes well and is good value for money, so I've continued using it. I haven't had a single pimple yet!!! And my skin hasn't been rough at all!
