Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like it because it's reasonably priced and good value for money. It's not sticky and moisturizes my skin. I haven't noticed any dramatic changes, but I'll keep using it for a while.

It doesn't interfere with other products and provides a non-sticky whitening effect! It's dropper-type, hygienic, and cost-effective. It's easy to use and has no irritation or fragrance, so I've bought several bottles.
It's smooth, so I use it in the morning. Until now, my morning skincare routine consisted of just lotion, followed by a makeup primer, but now that my skin is dry in the early autumn months, using this product has made the dryness during the day much less noticeable.
