How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm buying this again. Since I started using this, my dry skin has improved.
Because it is a soft cream, it is easy to spread and blend into the skin. It emulsifies quickly, leaves no sticky feeling, and feels refreshing after washing. It's a shame that it requires double cleansing, but honestly, I don't feel like I need to wash it off. I think a light cleanser is enough.
I bought ME during a campaign and it came in a small size, which I liked so I bought it. I was surprised to see the low reviews. It really is a matter of personal preference. I have dry skin, and after cleansing, it leaves a bouncy finish, which I really like. I'm considering whether to buy it again.
It leaves your skin feeling moisturized and smooth after washing! It's a great face wash for dry skin.
I like the refreshing orange scent because it's soothing. I have dry skin, so I bought this after a beauty advisor recommended it to me. I've used a lot of cleansing creams, but this one is neither good nor bad, and I think it's easy to use and suitable for people with dry skin. I don't think it removes makeup that badly.
