It smells like my mother's cosmetics. The alcohol is strong, and it evaporates quickly. The moisturizing power is decent. It might be good for wiping. If you have a thick cream or lotion, this is fine for the summer, and it would also be good as a body lotion for sunburn. Young ladies with acne-prone skin who use beauty lotions might find this a better value. Recommended for the summer.
