Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days
Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I ordered from the Orbis official website. I was planning to buy the Pencil Eyebrow N, and there was a promotion offering a set discount with this, so I bought two browns. 2025.02.26 I bought the limited-edition Ash Gray and Rose Brown. Ash Gray → Nature Soil Rose Brown, which I previously purchased → inspired by Bobby Bloom. 2023.01.01 I forgot to write a review of Nature Soil. It's the darkest of the three shades I've purchased. As a cool-toned summer complexion with naturally dark hair, I think Brown or Poppy Bloom would suit me. 2022.3.6 I bought the standard Brown, as well as the limited-edition Nature Soil and Poppy Bloom. Nature Soil is a nuanced gray, and Poppy Bloom is a chic yellowish red. Both are lovely colors. I also purchased the reds from the eye color palette, so I think I use the Poppy Bloom set more often now. However, my makeup routine changes depending on the outfit I'm wearing that day, so I'll update my review of Nature Soil once I've used it. While the brush is undeniably difficult to use, it's convenient because it gives a makeup-like finish on my off-days. I also feel like it's less likely to clot. It lasts longer, too. 2019/4/26 16:05:04 I bought the brown version. I previously purchased the older version of this product. My impression at the time was that a lot of liquid got on the brush, and for a while after using it, it felt sticky on my eyebrows and skin, making it a little difficult to use. Since then, it seems to have been improved, so I recently purchased it again and felt that it had improved significantly. I'll update my review of the "tackling/non-clot" and "long-lasting/easy-to-remove" issues. I've been using a similar product from IPSA since I bought the older version, but this one is more affordable, so I give it a thumbs up in that respect.
Of all the eyebrow mascaras I've tried, this is the easiest to use and I keep buying it. The color is natural, it doesn't feel like you're wearing it, and it holds the shape of your eyebrows well. It's also reasonably priced, so it's great to have a few limited edition colors and enjoy matching them with your makeup.
This is my fourth bottle! I was running low on eyebrow mascara and had some points saved up, so I bought this without any expectations. It's amazing. The shape and size of the brush are perfect. It only applies the liquid to the bristles, so you can't go wrong. It doesn't harden too much, and it applies softly, which is great. It's also reasonably priced, so I recommend it!
Orbis' eyebrow mascara is simply outstandingly natural. It applies color firmly to the natural brows, but the finish is soft and fluffy, so there's no risk of the brows standing out. The small brush makes it easy to control, and I was impressed by how well it applied to the finer parts of the beginning of the brows.
I bought this as an impulse purchase when I ordered online, so I could get free shipping. The color lasts well, and I've been using it without any problems. However, it's only about 7mm longer than the one I was using before, but I found it difficult to apply until I got used to it. I don't remember the manufacturer of the one I was using before, but it was available at a drugstore and cost less than 1,000 yen. I had no problems with that one either, so I don't think I'll bother buying it from Orbis. However, the free shipping line is a bit of a problem.
