I have dry skin. I only use this on my forehead and bangs. Without it, my forehead gets shiny during the day and my bangs die. I puff this all over my forehead and the roots of my bangs, then apply the excess to my bangs. It eliminates shine and makes my bangs smooth, even if they've become greasy from skincare products. I hate the idea of curling my bangs while they're still moist, which makes them look like they've just gotten out of the bath, so this is a lifesaver. I also apply it to the roots of my bangs because the powder coats the roots, preventing my bangs from falling apart even if my forehead produces oil during the day. While I'm at my forehead, I also apply it generously to my brows, which solves the problem of eyebrow color not sticking to skin that's been skincare-treated. My bangs touch the space between my eyebrows, so I puff this heavily there to absorb the shine and prevent my bangs from getting too moist. If I apply it to my eyelids, they dry out during the day, so I'm careful there. Even my forehead sometimes dries out, so I rub a moisturizing stick on just that area to cover it up. The puff is large, so it's easy to use even in the mornings when I'm in a hurry. It's also cheap, and it doesn't run out very quickly even if I use it every day, so it's very helpful. The puff is stiff and a little cheap-looking.
