Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My fingertips, which used to be covered in hangnails, are much better now. I can try out different scents and it's very moisturizing. I love Uka, so I often buy it as a gift.
I was really looking forward to the 13:00 mint and 18:30 rose before ordering, but after receiving the product, I was disappointed to find that it had a strange taste mixed in with the other flavors. °°(＞_＜)°°. I recommend the 7:15 (yuzu, navy blue scent) and 24:45 (lavender). I feel great.
The packaging is a complete disappointment... I didn't notice any moisturizing effect on my fingertips. It claims to be suitable for lip balm, but I didn't notice any moisturizing effect on lip balm. [Good Points] I like the fact that I can try out different scents. It's easy to apply as a roll-on. It's not sticky, so I can use it on my keyboard right after applying it. It's light and small, making it easy to carry around. The design is cute. Since it can be used on lip balm, it's also safe to ingest. [Dislikes] It's not moisturizing. It dries within a few seconds of application. When applied to lip balm, it has a slight menthol-like cooling sensation and a nasty taste. The scent barely lasts. It's a shame that it's so ineffective at this price. [About the Scent] It has a refreshing minty scent that's perfect for the drowsy hours after lunch. However, the lemon scent is a bit strong, reminiscent of cheap air fresheners or dish soap. It's mixed with the soothing scent of cypress, which is a nice touch. It might even help soothe a gloomy mood before heading off to work. Ichihachi Sanzero is a scent that blends sexy roses, perfect for when work ends and private time begins. It has a calming, deep scent, so I think it would be good in the morning or before bed. Niyon Yongo is lavender, just as I expected. But there's something green-smelling about it (citrus?) that's a bit too strong. I regret not buying the set.
I work at the cash register, so hand cream always ends up feeling slimy... and has a strong scent... I was wondering if there was anything better, and then I found this! It makes my hands look super shiny, which is great!
I was captivated by the cute appearance and mentioned that I wanted one, and then I received it as a birthday present. The excitement I felt the moment I opened it was incredible. I think it makes a good gift. However, scents can be a matter of personal preference, depending on the product. But overall, it's an exquisite scent, and I think it suits the time of day. I especially recommend it in the afternoon when you start to feel sleepy. Also, I don't really feel the moisturizing effect. This one has an excellent scent and cute appearance. Personally, I think I like the 3:00 PM scent, which was sold individually, the best. Sorry, it's not included in this 5-bottle set.
