On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.

How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I prefer this to the more famous one (Total V). It suits my skin perfectly. It moisturizes well but isn't sticky or shiny. I can use it in the morning as well as at night. It seems to protect the moisture I've added with the lotion without wasting any of it. I usually use a serum and emulsion in addition to my lotion, but I think this cream would work just fine instead of my lotion.
The texture is a little heavy and thick, but it spreads well and is easy to apply. It adheres tightly to the skin, moisturizing but not sticky, which I like. I also like the gentle floral scent. The next morning, my skin feels moisturized, and after washing my face, it seems to be smoother. I don't feel a lifting effect, as I'm too old for that, but I hope it will give my skin even a little firmer skin.
