Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've used several MAC lip pencils in the past. They offer a wide range of colors, from natural tones to trendy shades. The pencil tip is a little stiff, but it's easy to use and doesn't smudge easily. It doesn't come with a sharpener, so first-time buyers should be aware of that. This time, I purchased "Whirl," which is said to be the most popular lip pencil these days. I wanted to match it with my recent favorites, MAC's "Alone Time" and "Buffisto," so I chose this one based on a color comparison article by a certain influencer. However, it wasn't quite what I expected. Hmm, I already have several pencils in this type of color from other companies. I was hoping for a more rose-toned shade... I guess I have to go to the counter to get the color. That said, I think "Whirl" is a very versatile color that's easy to match for those who prefer brown or beige lip colors. Those who prefer cute, blue-toned shades might not be to their liking, but it's definitely worth having. It's easy to see why this color is said to be the most popular. I've rated it 4 stars based on my personal preference for the color, but I think the product as a whole deserves 5 stars or more.
I bought this to go with MAC's Maximal Silky Matte Lipstick Cool Teddy. It's smooth and easy to apply. I had no trouble matching it with my lipstick. I'd like to buy other shades to match my lipstick.
I think it would have been better if it was a little pinker. The hard tip makes it easy to adjust the fine details.
