How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like that the oil is thick and doesn't cause any friction. It also smells nice, and although a point remover is necessary, I like that it removes makeup quickly.

In terms of feel, it blends in well and has no strange aftertaste, just like an oil cleanser. I wear natural makeup, and I feel like it removes it thoroughly after washing, and it doesn't dry out my skin. I use three pumps at a time, and I think it's lasted for over a month! (Honestly, I can't remember exactly when I first started using it, but I think I've been using it for almost two months...)
I was intrigued by this product because an influencer I use mentioned that it's inexpensive and has good ingredients, so I bought it. It claims to be for dry skin, but I find it leaves my skin feeling a bit tight after washing. The texture is a slightly thick oil, and it seems to take a while to emulsify. I like oils that can be washed off quickly, so the fact that it takes a while bothers me. It did remove eye makeup and other point makeup cleanly. There were a few things I was concerned about, but considering the price, I think it's within acceptable limits.
I have dry skin, but I wanted a cleansing oil for when I wear heavy makeup, so I bought this. It removes eye makeup thoroughly, but leaves my skin feeling moisturized after washing, and it's very pleasant to use. Personally, I prefer it to Shu Uemura's cleansing oil.
