Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was worried about leaving any residue on my face, so I'm happy to have found a product that's perfect for me. I use it as a face wash and have no problems.
My doctor told me that foam cleansers are good for melasma, so I use this one. I choose ones that are gentle on the skin, so even though they don't remove 100% of my makeup, I'm satisfied with how well it removes makeup. It doesn't irritate my skin. I also use Oikure once a week because I'm concerned about dirty pores.
I think this is enough for those with natural makeup. I bought it specifically to combat blemishes and wrinkles caused by friction during cleansing and for dry skin. It removes makeup nicely and smoothly. However, I was bothered by the tight feeling after washing. I want a soft, bouncy feeling, so I won't be repurchasing it.
It's great that it can be used for both cleansing and washing your face. When I first used it, my skin felt so smooth that I was worried it would feel tight, but I was surprised that it left my skin smooth while still retaining moisture.
