As of January 2026, this is the only foundation I can use, so I'm changing my rating to 5 stars! Sebum buildup in pores is unavoidable in the summer, so I don't think it's this foundation's fault. In the end, this is the only product that doesn't irritate my skin. It would be even better if it was a little more translucent. Below is a review from August 2025: I stopped using this foundation on my entire face after I noticed it was making my pores dirty. I use it instead of concealer to hide dark circles. ▼How I noticed it was making my pores dirty: I'd been using it for years because it didn't cause any skin irritations like acne or redness. However, because the texture was somewhat matte, I no longer liked it, so I tried using a different primer and sunscreen. During that time, I was bothered by the visibility of my pores, so I tried using pico laser and facial hair removal. When summer came, I felt like applying a full foundation again, so I did, and the next day, I noticed black spots on my nose. (Shocking!) I realized that the reason I thought my pores were gradually disappearing wasn't just due to the pico laser and facial hair removal, but also due in part to the fact that I stopped using this foundation. So, I'm currently searching for a different foundation that suits my skin type. By the way, I have sensitive skin and talc, parabens, silicone, and fragrances cause acne and inflammation. Again, in my case, my pores get dirty, but this foundation doesn't cause acne.
