Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's called a cleansing lotion, but I think it's more like milk. Anyway, it leaves my skin feeling plump and moisturized after washing. It seems like it would be good for the coming season. I usually wear light makeup, so this might be just right for removing it, but it's not exactly cheap, so I'm thinking of using it in combination with a cheaper cleanser. I feel like if I use it every day, my skin will never dry out.
As a fragrance fetishist, I can't resist this intoxicating floral scent. It's a rich, creamy milk, and the moment I put it on my skin, I knew it was going to moisturize me. Even after rinsing, my skin felt plump and supple. It's soothing to use. However, its cleansing power is a little weak. It leaves heavy makeup behind, so I recommend it only for days when you wear light makeup. It's a great treat for days when you want to pamper your skin.
I tried it because it was included in the trial kit. The scent reminded me of a gardening-loving lady's home...I personally didn't like it that much, but it was a lavender rose scent that some people might like. I usually use gel or cream cleansers, so this might be my first milk cleanser. Therefore, I can't compare it to other milk cleansers, but first of all, the soft, fluffy feeling (?) when I applied it to my skin was elegant and comfortable. As for makeup removal, I'd say it was okay. If you wear heavy makeup, it might be difficult to remove. I think it would be sufficient for everyday light makeup.
The makeup removal is average. It doesn't remove eye makeup very well. The feel and scent are nice, so I think it's good for people who want to feel relaxed and wear light makeup.
