Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Strong rose scent When I took it out of the tube, the cream was much looser than other facial cleansers and was already foaming a little. Does it contain a lot of rose water? So the foam is not thick and fluffy, but it's a loose foam. But it's enough. It doesn't make my skin feel tight and is comfortable to use, but the scent is a little too strong for me. However, the scent only comes on while I'm washing my face, so by the time I start my skin care routine, it's not bothersome. I bought a mini size because it's like a travel set that contains all the skin care products.
I received a sample and tried it out. It's a great formula that contains natural peeling ingredients. Rose Gallica extract moisturizes the skin. The scent of Damask rose lifted my spirits while washing. I'd like to buy the full version. I think so.

I bought it because I liked the scent. The foaming is not good at all. If the product name had just said "cleanser" instead of "foaming cleanser", I might not have had any complaints. However, my skin feels moisturized after washing.
I was looking for a new face wash and bought this because I was worried about the roughness of my skin, probably due to wearing a mask. The rose scent that is typical of Jurlique is very soothing. The cleansing power is average. The roughness doesn't seem to have changed much, so I'm not sure if I'll buy it again, but I think it's good that the scent makes washing my face fun.
