Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It comes off easily when you have light makeup on. However, sometimes eye makeup doesn't come off.
It's very thick. It's hard to get it out of the jar. It removes makeup well. It rinses off easily. It also absorbs skincare products well! The only problem is that you have to wash your face twice. I've just discovered the convenience and functionality of unnecessary things. But I think it's a good product. It doesn't make my skin feel tight.
I used it for the first time in a while. It's a gel type, so it spreads easily, and I like how it removes makeup without having to rub too much.
It's bouncy like jelly. I use a lot because I'm sensitive to friction. The gel feels heavy when you swirl it around. I was reluctant to swirl it around my eyelids with this weight. It's hard to remove eye makeup unless you use an eye remover beforehand. After washing, my skin is moisturized and not tight. I wasn't as impressed with the actual product as I thought it would be. *I think I got it as a bonus at an event when I purchased the skin analysis lotion.
I often use oil, but this is the one to use when I'm wearing light makeup. It comes off easily and is soft, so it doesn't irritate the skin. I think it would be good to use this foam face wash as a set.
