How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is a repeat purchase. I think this is my fifth bottle. It's perfect for washing your face in the morning, it's gentle on the face and doesn't make it feel tight, and the foam disappears quickly, so it suits me and I like it.
It's gentle on the skin, so I use it when my skin is red or sensitive. It foams up nicely and leaves my skin feeling refreshed without feeling tight. It also cleanses pores properly. I like refreshing face washes in the summer, so this is great.
Eh, why is the rating so low.? Well, I think there are good and bad things about this product. Good. Sorry, but the smell reminds me of when I kept rhinoceros beetles (it feels inorganic? It's unique) Not suitable for carrying around Bioderma has a similar gel face wash in the Sebium series, so I prefer that one. I also like this product!
I used the mini sample tube. It is a gel, but it is a very loose gel with a texture close to liquid. It foams well, but the foam is watery, so it is not suitable for those who want to wash with a thick foam. Since it is a gel, it does not leave a slippery feeling after washing, and it is refreshing but has some moisturizing power, so I think it can be used even at this time of year. It has no scent, and since I originally like gel cleansing and face washing, it was a face wash that I personally liked. If I have the opportunity, I would like to purchase it.
If you have light makeup, this alone will remove it. It doesn't lather well with your hands, so use a net or something.
