Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I gave it to my family as a gift and have been using it myself. It has the effects of both lotion and emulsion, so it's very easy to use and very good for skin care. I didn't feel dry after using it.
The fact that the lotion and emulsion are combined makes it easy to use. I use II and can use it all year round. I don't mind the scent, but my wife said she doesn't really like it. This alone is enough to moisturize my skin, but in the winter I need to add cream. I've been using it for over five years now.
My husband uses this product. It's great because it gets your hair in shape even during busy mornings. However, he said he might need a little cream as winter approaches. He said he'll be able to get by with just this one product until around October!
