Now in my 40s, my husband and I have started to worry about scalp odor and body odor, so I bought this. I don't use it every day because I bleach and color my hair, but it's great for days when I want to thoroughly remove styling products, when I'm concerned about odor, or when I've sweated a lot. It's so refreshing and feels great. I feel like it's also getting rid of odor. It's not as moisturizing as my usual shampoo and conditioner, but it's not harsh or harsh.
