Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The smell of the scalp is relatively suppressed, and it doesn't make my hair feel rough, so I've bought it 4.5 times! I also love the scent!
I recommend this to those who don't do anything to their hair. I liked the shampoo and conditioner so much that I bought them for professional use. After straightening my hair, my scalp became itchy and my hair became frizzy, so it didn't suit me anymore. Maybe it's because I continued to use it? The shampoo in particular has become squeaky. The scent is a girly rose scent that is not very strong, and it is very cute when combined with the packaging.
I think it has a strong cleansing power, but for me, who feels sticky every day and is concerned about the smell, this product feels like it's cleansing well and doesn't bother me with the smell, so I like it! If the conditioner isn't moisturizing enough, it may be a little dry, but I like it because it makes my hair smooth.
I've bought this product many times! The shea butter scent is amazing, and my hair is less tangled.
This was my favorite shampoo so far♪ This shampoo lathers up really well and has great cleaning power! Even super fine hair doesn't get tangled. There's no feeling of any residue left behind, and you can experience the same refreshing feeling as you would get at a beauty salon. It's about half the price of other salon-grade products, so I wasn't expecting much, so I was super happy. The treatment requires careful attention, but it was salon-grade, as you'd expect!
