Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use sunscreen and a hat, but for some reason I still get sunburned. I decided to take the plunge and buy this whitening cream that has good reviews. It's a light pink gel cream, and although I've only tried it out so far, it's not sticky and is easy to apply. I'm looking forward to seeing the whitening effect.
I've been using creams that contain about 40g to 50g, so I was surprised at how light this container was when I picked it up. The volume is 30g, which is a little small. It's a light cream. It feels more like a gel than a cream. I used this in the fall, as it was moisturizing enough and I liked the light feel, but in the winter I felt I needed a little more moisture. The Curel whitening cream I used before this was more moisturizing, so I think I'll use that in the winter. The scent is herbal and citrusy. I didn't really like the scent, so I found it quite strong.
I use this cream every year as a daytime cream during the summer. It's not sticky and doesn't interfere with makeup. I also like that it contains tranexamic acid!
I like that it contains tranexamic acid. It moisturizes without irritation. When the buyer from Ritz Drugstore was there, they gave me a lot of samples. I want to use it again.
