Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like the stylish packaging. When you pick it up, it's a bouncy gel. When you spread it on your skin, the thick gel turns into an oil! It feels fun. It's easy to use and cleanses makeup and dirt from pores without feeling heavy.
Oil gel cleansing. I had never used a gel like this before, so it felt new to me. When I spread it out, it spread well and was easy to blend into my skin, and it felt moisturizing to use. It also removed my makeup, which is great, as you would expect from an oil gel! It was a better item than I expected.
The combination of the cleansing power of the oil and the frictionless nature of the gel thoroughly removes makeup while protecting the skin! It has no scent, so it's easy to use for people who are sensitive to scents!
It's a thick cleansing gel that feels sticky when you put it on your hands, but as you rub it into your skin it becomes more and more oily and quickly blends with your makeup! It feels frictionless when you use it, and 95% of the ingredients are serums *1, so it feels moisturizing when you wash! *1 Since it's a cleansing product that protects the weak barrier of the emulsion excluding cleansing ingredients, I was a bit worried about the makeup coming off, but I'm satisfied! Please give it a try!
I received this from Dr. Phil Cosmetics. Sometimes when I use strong cleansers or face washes, my skin stings or dries out, but this one works fine, so I thought it was great.
