Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

A beauty YouTuber recommended this product, so I was intrigued and finally found it and bought it at a drugstore. I tried it and was blown away by how great it is among the enzyme cleansers! The fine foam is so gentle on the skin! My skin feels refreshed and moisturized after washing, and there's no tightness or tightness after washing. This and the other one in the yellow packaging are my favorite cleansing powders, and I've repurchased them multiple times. (*^^*) Even though I have sensitive skin, I haven't had any particular skin problems, and I feel like it's not as irritating as other cleansers. I only use cleansing powders in the morning, and since I often use the whole packet, I use half and the other half the next morning. I recommend lathering it up with a cleansing net! It creates a lot of foam, so you could even use it as a foam mask. (*^^*) It's fragrance-free. There are 35 packets, and it's slightly cheaper than other enzyme cleansing powders. I love this enzyme cleansing powder so much that I keep it stocked up because I'm afraid I'll run out. I plan to keep using it!
I have dry skin, so after using it I feel a bit of tightness, but it does leave my skin feeling refreshed, so I think using it about twice a week is just right.
I love the refreshing feeling after washing, so I use it two to three times a week. It comes individually wrapped, so it's easy to take with you when traveling.
I usually use a well-known enzyme powder that is advertised, but when I saw this in the store I didn't have high expectations and bought it, but it was great!
