Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I absolutely love this case! This is my third purchase. I threw away the first one because it was old, but I'm currently using the second one and this one. Shu Uemura eyeshadows are cheap for single colors, so they're easy to collect, and unlike other brands' cases that require glue, once you have this palette, you can rearrange it as many times as you like to suit your needs, which is very convenient. I hope they keep selling this product for a long time!
Although I have Shu Uemura eyeshadows, this was the first time I bought a case. I get bored of them easily, so I generally don't buy cases like these. The salesperson recommended the four-color case, but I wanted to carry it with me when I travel, so I bought it! When I put the two next to the newly purchased eyeshadows, I was like, "Oh my, they're so cute!" They're cheap, have a mirror, and are easy to insert. You'd expect from department store cosmetics. It's been a while since I bought department store cosmetics, and even just the case makes me feel good. Next time, I want to go buy the four-color case and eyeshadows!
I've been collecting a lot of Shu Uemura single eyeshadows, so I bought this. The case is sturdy and has a real department store feel to it. lol Until now, I'd always bought and stored single cases, but I thought a palette would save space, so I bought one. Seeing all my favorite colors lined up in a row gets me excited! Shu Uemura's brushes are easy to use, so it's nice that they come with a brush! I've only just filled up my collection, so I'll try using it for a while and see if a palette or a single case is better.

It's super easy to use, and the brush included is a great value. At first, I thought I could get by without the palette, but opening and closing each individual plastic case became too much of a hassle, so I wanted this palette and quickly bought more so I had 8 eyeshadow shades.
