What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to use on the outer corners of my eyes because I have trouble lifting my lashes! It's very easy to use and I love it!
It curls your eyelashes beautifully. Really. But the handle is a bit short... If you apply too much pressure, the ring will hit your face... so it's not very easy to use.
I bought it and couldn't get the hang of it for many years, but I finally got the hang of it recently and it's definitely easier to use than other point eyelashes. The white silicone really pulls up the flesh on the eyelid, so it's great for getting to the base of the lashes. It's especially easy to curl the inner corners of your eyes. If you use it to curl the base and then switch to a regular eyelash curler, it feels perfect.
I bought this because I sometimes want to lift lashes that don't lift in places. I was using a different brand, but the frame on the side got in the way and made it difficult to use, so this one has no frame and only clamps the top and bottom, so it's easy to use!
