Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used it in combination with jojoba oil, but since I have extremely dry skin, it wasn't enough in the winter, and I didn't notice any effect on my fine lines. Is it good that it's hypoallergenic? Also, in the summer, the gel gets soggy, and even with the lid tightly closed, it leaks, which is a problem.
I've been using Sun Naturals products for a while now. The other day, I had some skin problems from cosmetics and was wondering how to treat it. That's when this product caught my eye. It's medicated, so I used it with a prayerful heart. A small amount goes on well, and it's not sticky, which is its defining feature. Thanks to this product, my skin condition has improved. It's the dry season, so I think it's a good idea to use this product to combat dryness.
The jojoba oil is in gel form and is very easy to use. It's gentle enough to use all over the body, and it's effective at keeping moisture in. Jojoba oil is expensive and out of reach, but this one spreads easily and provides excellent moisturizing with just a small amount, so I'm happy that it's available in a smaller size at an affordable price. During this dry season (winter), I keep it in my bag and use it frequently to care for my fingertips and lips.
My skin is already thin, and with spring hay fever and frequent tissue use, plus the recent strong sunshine, I've been noticing some peeling on my nose. This medicated, gel-like premium jojoba oil contains nine types of plant extracts, making it perfect for treating rough skin. Upon opening it, I expected it to have a thicker, more balm-like texture, but it was actually a bouncy jelly. It blends in easily without being sticky. I bought 10g on a whim. It was a random purchase, but it's actually pretty good. This premium jojoba oil balm contains over 90% premium jojoba oil and nine other moisturizing plant extracts, including chamomilla extract. The active ingredient, stearyl glycyrrhetinate, protects against sun damage and rough skin caused by UV rays. It's gentle on the skin, free of mineral oil, fragrance, parabens, alcohol, petroleum-based surfactants, and tar-based pigments. It even contains no beeswax, which I personally dislike. It's a beautiful, transparent yellow, soft balm that crumbles easily to the touch. I apply it to my entire face at the end of my skincare routine, and a small amount keeps my skin moisturized and supple for hours. Maybe it's just because my skin is compatible with jojoba oil, but it's amazing. It's incredibly moisturizing, but it does leave a slight slippery feeling on my skin, so a small amount might be best in the morning. I apply it generously at night and enjoy the bliss of sleeping with a slippery feel. Because it's simple, it seems like it can be used for various purposes, such as eye and lip care, hand care, etc. Some reviews say that it melts in the summer, and because it's very moisturizing, it's a product you'll want to keep on hand and avoid in the summer.
