Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's not sticky and I use it all over my body to treat dry winter skin. It's a little cold to apply after a bath, but other than that I really like it.
*Used an 8ml pouch sample. In winter, my waist area tends to get dry and itchy, so I tried this. It has a thick, lotion-like texture that absorbs easily into the skin. However, after applying it for a while, while it didn't bother me when I was wearing underwear or clothes, I did notice stickiness on my knees, calves, kneecaps, and tops of my feet when I was barefoot. Also, while being fragrance-free seems like it would be good for the skin, I personally found it lacking.
I bought this for the first time because I have dry skin that gets dry from sweat and rubbing against clothes. I use it after a bath and it feels comfortable on the skin and is easy to use.
I've been using this product since I was a child when I had mild atopic dermatitis. It's incredibly moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I also recommend it for those who experience itchy, dry skin in the winter. I also use it as the last thing to moisturize my face, even though I don't think the manufacturer recommends it.
