On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.

How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've used KATE, Visse, and many others, but this is the best!! I'm ashamed to say that I'm not confident about my eyebrows, so I just drew them haphazardly, but I've received compliments from several people, so I've continued using this. It's easy to draw and convenient.
I bought this because I was attracted to the fact that it combines a pencil and a tip into one. The tip is thin, so you can draw each individual eyebrow hair and create a natural-looking brow. However, it breaks easily. The store clerk said not to use too much, but if you handle it roughly in your pouch, it will break off and fall out when you take it out. It also doesn't last as long as the AUBE one, so I don't recommend it in terms of cost-effectiveness.

I used the color EB-12. I purchased this along with the same est eyebrow mascara. I usually use AUBE eyebrow pencils, so I thought the tip was too thin, but it was actually surprisingly easy to apply. I didn't use the tip, just the pencil and comb, and finished with the aforementioned eyebrow mascara. This pencil's color retention is also satisfactory. However... even though I don't intend to apply it very thickly, it seems like the tip wears out quickly... (>_<) Also, although it probably depends on personal preference, I think a thicker tip would be easier to use. I think this pencil has better color retention than AUBE, but considering that even weaker eyebrow pencils can be maintained with an eyebrow top coat (such as Clarins'), it may be that this est product isn't particularly impressive. I don't dislike it at all, and I'll use it again if the opportunity arises.
