I've been using this for six years now. It doesn't smudge, even though I tend to have watery eyes. That said, it's not a dry liquid. Liquid eyeliners tend to look too young, so I prefer gel eyeliner, but they smudge. However, when I use this product over gel eyeliner, it doesn't smudge, which is great. The liner lasts about three refills. The bristles usually get frizzy after about that time, so I have to buy a new one. The bristles are easy to apply. I don't think there will ever be a better liquid eyeliner.

The pen tip is smooth and soft, making it very easy to apply. I use both black and brown. Since my eyes are round, I prefer brown because it gives a more natural look.

Other companies' refillable liquid eyeliners sting and don't work, but this one does, and I've repurchased the brown one several times. I want to make my eyes look bold but natural, so I choose the brown color. If the brown is too light, it doesn't look bold, and if it's too close to black, the brown color is pointless, but this one is just the right shade and I love it. Lately, I've been using disposable eyeliners like those you can buy at the drugstore, but when I tried this one for the first time in a while, the moment I drew it, I noticed a difference in the shine and intensity of the color! Even when I looked in the mirror during the day, my eyes looked bigger than usual. The refill is inexpensive, and since I only need to refill it once a year, it's good value for money. I plan to continue buying refills and repurchasing it.

I'd been using Coffret D'or's black pen until now. I was told that Coffret D'or's ink could be replaced when it ran out, so I bought it, but by the time the color started to rub off, the nib was ruined... I tried it with the EST pen, and it was a brown that was closer to black, less bold than black, and easier to draw with, so I just had to buy it. It's great. Easy to draw with. The color is nice too.

I'd always been using products sold at drugstores, but I wanted to try something better, so when I bought a makeup base, I bought this at the same time. My impression after using it was... well, it's just average... It's very smooth to apply. It's easy to apply even the flick at the outer corner of your eyes, and it draws beautifully. However, for some reason, small flakes sometimes appear. It's like dried mascara dripping onto your face. Also, if the foundation isn't applied properly all the way to your eyes, the color won't stick. Even if you apply it, it quickly disappears and turns into flakes. No matter how smooth it is to apply, there are plenty of cheap, high-quality products available at drugstores, so I think those would be better.
