Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's smooth and easy to use. It absorbs and comes off easily. It does irritate a little, but it's mild and comes off without rubbing, so I like the feel of it when I use it, but I don't think it's at a level where I have to use it.
I was looking for a different remover than usual, and I found this one at ESTO, so I bought it. It's larger than I expected, and the amount is good, so I think it's good value for money. It removes waterproof mascara well. I also like that it doesn't have an excessive scent. However, compared to Biotherma, which I used before, I feel like it's a little drying. I'll think about using up the whole bottle.
