Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Since it's a sample pouch, I can't really experience its effectiveness. The texture is smooth and silky, which is rare for lifting products, and it glides on easily. The scent is also fresh and different from anything I've ever experienced before. I felt that the scent was a little too unique for daily use.
I bought this because I was concerned about firmness while wearing a mask. I use it after applying lotion, and it quickly penetrates into the skin. Those who prefer a moisturizing serum may find it lacking, but as the humidity levels start to rise, I personally like the feel of it. So far, I can't say that my skin has become firmer, but I hope to notice it by the time I finish using one bottle.
