Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The price is a little high for the amount of product, but I bought it because I was excited about the ingredients! I personally like the feel of it when I apply it. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that it has a slightly strong scent. I'm going to use it up in the hopes that it will help with whitening and preventing dark spots!
I receive a sample of this product every time I order from the official website. I think I've tried 11 packets so far. I like that it's a refreshing gel that moisturizes without being sticky, and that it's oil-free. I really like how it feels to use. I have a stock of the cream, and it never runs out, so I try not to buy it. Because of this, I haven't bought it yet, but I would like to buy it someday.
I didn't like the Night Moisture from the same line because it had a coating feeling, but this one doesn't have that weird coating feeling or tightness and is easy to use. It's a translucent gel with a refreshing feel. I think it might not be enough for people who like creamy skincare products.
When I first started using it, I felt a tingling sensation right after applying it, but I gradually got used to it and it was fine. I had the image that whitening products are refreshing, but this one is moisturizing. My cheeks feel softer. I don't know if it has a whitening effect, but I like how moisturizing it is.
